Service by Medallion Earns the Cleaning Industry Management Standard Green Building (CIMS-GB) Certification For Fourth Consecutive Time with Honors

Demonstrates industry leadership in environmental sustainability for commercial buildings

Service by Medallion, a leading facility maintenance company, has earned the Cleaning Industry Management Standard – Green Building (CIMS-GB) certification with honors from ISSA — the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. This achievement places Service by Medallion among an elite group of cleaning companies that have achieved this standard with honors and the highest level of sustainability commitment to their operations. “Achieving the highest level of honors certification from CIMS reaffirms our commitment to provide best-in-class services with the highest standard of sustainability,” said Roland Strick, Service by Medallion President.“ This certification also is proof to our customers that our TRUE advisors and LEED AP consultants can help them get to Zero Waste and other ESG initiatives.” 

Independent assessor evaluates adherence to best practices

CIMS leverages five core elements of management best practices and requires participants to meet 100% of the mandatory elements and 60% of the recommended elements per section.
